Chef and TV personality Aida Mollenkamp has partnered with Foster Farms to share recipes that use American Humane Certified (AHC) chicken. In her new cookbook, “Keys to the Kitchen,” Mollenkamp says, “The first advice I give a reader is to know where their food comes from. Part of that knowledge means seeking out and using products and ingredients that are humanely raised.” Foster Farms has earned the AHC label for raising chickens that are free from cages, hunger, injury or other discomfort.
