As much as I love chocolate anything for dessert -- gooey, half-cooked cakes are my weakness -- I'm also a big salad freak. Salads of any sort. Chunky, all vegetable ones. Salads with beans or grains. Big fluffy green lettuce ones, naked in their simplicity and dressed with a homemade vinaigrette. Or anything else that you can toss together in a bowl.
